We enjoy working the trees with each other as a family. We prune, harvest, bottle, label, and package orders together. Our four (now mostly grown!) children have been a big part of each season of production. It has been an incredible adventure for sure!
There are seemingly endless (and delicious!) benefits of freshly harvested Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We truly hope that you will enjoy it in your kitchen with your favorite foods.
We’re committed to thoughtful, sustainable agriculture. The olive pulp is spread back into the grove to put the nutrients back into the soil. Pruned branches are mulched back into the soil as well. We try to conserve precious California water by watering at night (less evaporation 😉 and only as needed.
We recently added bee hives to the property! Olives are mostly pollinated by wind, however the bees were all over the flowers this first year! Honey will come soon (any name ideas?!)…
