City offering new ‘Creative Brain’ online workshops

Zoom classes offered in July for local kids

– The City of Atascadero is offering a series of “Creative Brain” workshops for kids. The classes are offered through Zoom.

Upcoming topics and dates include:

Artist workshop (July 11 – 14)
Computer animation (July 11 – 14)
Edison robotics (July 18 – July 22)
Roblox studio (July 11 – 14)
Robotics (July 11 – 15)

Participants can view the classes and register here.

These classes will be done using the Zoom app. Zoom can be run on any device, whether it be a computer, tablet, smartphone, or Chromebook. Scholarships offering 50-percent and 100-percent Scholarships available for those that qualify. Call (805) 470-3360 for more information.
