Atascadero Police arrest reports for Oct. 26-31

Weekly arrest logs from the Atascadero Police Department

– The following arrests were reported by the Atascadero Police Department from Oct. 26 to Oct. 31. Read last week’s arrest log here.

Flood, Jason Paul, 55, was arrested on Oct. 26 at 10:50 a.m. at 10165 El Camino Real for suspected violation of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior drug convictions (11395(B)(1) HS), probation (1203.2(A) PC) and petty theft with two or more prior theft convictions (666.1(A)(1) PC).
Bodolay, China Jennifer, 43, was arrested on Oct. 27 at 5:30 p.m. at 6125 San Anselmo Rd for suspected violation of possession of nitrous oxide (381B PC).
Martinez, Noel Victoria, 27, was arrested on Oct. 27 at 10:21 p.m. at Curbaril Avenue and Atascadero Avenue for suspected violation of an outside misdemeanor warrant.
Smith Jr., Robert Gregory, 40, was arrested on Oct. 28 at 5:37 p.m. at 7935 Portola Rd for suspected violation of battery with serious bodily injury (243(D) PC).
Clifford, Angela Opal, 47, was arrested on Oct. 29 at 2:59 p.m. at 6505 Morro Rd for suspected violation of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior drug convictions (11395(B)(1) HS).
Menane, Devin Edward James, 31, was arrested on Oct. 30 at 11:59 a.m. at 6700 El Camino Real for suspected violation of fraudulent use of an access card (484G PC), identity theft (530.5(A) PC), petty theft with two or more prior theft convictions (666.1(A)(1) PC) and a felony bench warrant.
Thomas, Anthony William, 24, was arrested on Oct. 31 at 5:54 p.m. at 5599 Traffic Way for suspected violation of possession of a controlled substance (11350(A) HS), possession of drug paraphernalia (11364(A) HS), possession of a controlled substance (11377(A) HS), possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior drug convictions (11395(B)(1) HS), being under the influence of a controlled substance (11550(A) HS) and parole (3056 PC).
