Atascadero Police arrest reports for Oct. 20-24

Weekly arrest logs from the Atascadero Police Department

– The following arrests were reported by the Atascadero Police Department from Oct. 20 to Oct. 24. Read last week’s arrest log here.

Baty, Robert Dale, 59, was arrested on Oct. 20 at 8:58 pm at 7385 El Camino Real for suspected violation of an outside misdemeanor warrant and driving with a license suspended or revoked for DUI (14601.2(A) VC).
Barrientosvega, Joy Alejandro, 23, was arrested on Oct. 21 at 1:34 am at 6468 Nacimiento Ave for suspected violation of probation (1203.2(A) PC), resisting, obstructing or delaying a peace officer (148(A)(1) PC), inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, cohabitant or dating partner (273.5(A) PC) and obstructing or resisting an executive officer (69(A) PC).
Delrio, Brista Daniel, 33, was arrested on Oct. 22 at 9:25 pm at Pueblo Ave and El Camino Real for suspected violation of an outside felony warrant and driving with a suspended or revoked license (14601.1(A) VC).
Matula, Adam, 49, was arrested on Oct. 23 at 3:02 pm at San Diego Rd and Atascadero Ave for suspected violation of a protective order (166(C)(4) PC), inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, cohabitant or dating partner (273.5(A) PC) and criminal threats (422(A) PC).
Matula, Adam, 49, was arrested on Oct. 23 at 3:02 pm at San Diego Rd and Colorado Rd for suspected violation of driving with a license suspended or revoked for DUI (14601.2(A) VC), driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC) and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher (23152(B) VC).
Harkins, Jeremy Scott, 49, was arrested on Oct. 23 at 9:59 pm at 6468 Nacimiento Ave for suspected violation of disorderly conduct: under the influence of alcohol in public (647(F) PC).
Mundenmanko, Christopher Anthony, 50, was arrested on Oct. 24 at 1:40 am at 5950 El Camino Real for suspected violation of disorderly conduct: under the influence of alcohol in public (647(F) PC).
Witherspoon, Glenn Anthony, 61, was arrested on Oct. 24 at 1:49 am at 5950 El Camino Real for suspected violation of disorderly conduct: under the influence of alcohol in public (647(F) PC).
