The PAC joins a long and growing list of endorsements

Vote Mama, the first PAC focused solely on electing Democratic moms, today announced its endorsement of Dawn Addis, candidate for California State Assembly District 30.

“Dawn Addis is a city councilmember, teacher, and mom with a 20-year record of leadership. She is running for California State Assembly to fight for her community and stand up for working families. When she wins, Dawn will be the first Democratic mom in at least 50 years to represent this district. Vote Mama is proud to endorse Dawn Addis, a proven fighter for working families and the people of California’s Central Coast,” said Liuba Grechen Shirley, Vote Mama Founder and CEO.

Vote Mama has helped over 375 Democratic mothers run for office by providing endorsements, funds, training and more.

“As an Assemblymember it would be my true honor to effectively address the housing, climate and educational needs of the next generation. With Vote Mama by my side, I know we will be successful. Running for office as a mom is the ultimate way to make a difference. I look forward to serving and to making decisions to help all children thrive,” said Dawn Addis, candidate for California State Assembly District 30.
