Movies in the Gardens screening ‘Wonder’ on Saturday 

–This Saturday will be the last movie of “Movies in the Garden.” The show on Saturday, Sept. 8 will begin at approximately 8 p.m. in the Sunken Gardens located at 6500 Palma Avenue in Atascadero. This event is family friendly and free. Bring your family and friends to enjoy an evening of action-packed entertainment and fun.

On Saturday the movie will be “Wonder” (PG). This movie is based on the New York Times Bestseller; a 10-year-old boy with a facial deformity attends school for the first time when he begins the fifth grade. With the support of his parents, he learns how to make friends and adjust to his new environment.

Bring a blanket, low-back chair, and your family to relish a beautiful evening in Sunken Gardens! Snacks and refreshments provided by St. Luke’s Episcopal Church for purchase.
