Mid-State Fair picks ‘Hay Days of Summer’ theme for 2027
Theme celebrates farmers, ranchers, and agricultural traditions
– The California Mid-State Fair has chosen “Hay Days of Summer” as the theme for its 2027 fair, which runs Wednesday, July 14, through Sunday, July 25, at the Paso Robles Event Center.
The theme celebrates the farmers, ranchers, traditions, and community spirit of the Central Coast, according to the fair’s announcement. Plans include themed dress-up days, interactive displays, photo opportunities, and activities for all ages.
The theme will also inspire the fair’s exhibits program. Details about 2027 exhibit categories, entry deadlines, and submission requirements will be announced soon, according to the fair. Beginners are welcome, and the fair encourages community members to start planning their entries and attend the monthly craft classes at the Paso Robles Event Center.
“So dust off those boots, break out the overalls, and get ready for ‘Hay Days of Summer’!” the announcement states.
