Four arrested for possession at motel
Suspects arrested for possession of methamphetamine, heroin
–On Thursday, June 16, at approximately 3:20 p.m., Paso Robles Police Department detectives conducted a narcotics investigation at the Motel 6, 1134 Black Oak Drive, due to reports of ongoing suspicious activity at that location. Detectives contacted two subjects in the parking lot and, as a result of their investigation, arrested both subjects for narcotics related offenses. These subjects were identified as 29-year-old Morro Bay resident Kay Marie Signorelli and 20-year-old Paso Robles resident Mike Rudy Delaroca.
During the course of this contact, detectives learned that both subjects were associated with a particular room at the motel. Detectives went to that room and contacted the occupants, identified as 37-year-old Paso Robles resident Cory Willis Iliff and 49-year-old Paso Robles resident Samantha Marjorie Hogle. Detectives determined that Iliff was on probation for narcotics offenses. During a probation search of the room, detectives located controlled substances, paraphernalia used for ingesting controlled substances, and items associated with the sales of controlled substances.
Signorelli was booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail on the following charges:
- Possession of controlled substances for sales (methamphetamine and heroin)
- Criminal conspiracy
Hogle was booked on the following charges:
- Possession of controlled substances for sales (methamphetamine and heroin)
- Criminal conspiracy
- Commit felony while released on bail
Iliff was booked and released from the Paso Robles Police Department Jail on the following charges:
- Possession of unlawful paraphernalia
- Destruction of evidence
Delaroca was booked and released from jail on the following charges:
- Possession of controlled substance (heroin)
