Explore candidate views at Atascadero City Council forum
– The League of Women Voters of San Luis Obispo County is partnering with the Atascadero AAUW to moderate a forum for candidates running for Atascadero City Council on Monday, Oct. 7, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The forum will take place at the Atascadero United Methodist Church, located at 11605 El Camino Real in Atascadero.
Attendees can also watch the forum livestreamed on the AAUW YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/@AtascaderoAAUW and later on the League’s YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/@lwvsloco.
The purpose of the candidate forum is to provide the public with an opportunity to learn about the candidates and their views on various issues. Community members are encouraged to attend and submit questions for the candidates. Questions should focus on issues relevant to all candidates.
