Preschool storytimes
Preschool storytimes are scheduled on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 10:30. They will share stories and songs.

Preschool storytime with John Beccia 
Special guest will share some songs and stories! Monday, March 12 at 10:30 a.m.

Toddler storytimes
Join us for a storytime specifically designed for your toddler every Friday morning at 10:30. We will share stories, rhymes, music and finger plays.

Family Movie
Saturday March 3, 2:00 p.m. See library for details. All ages

Craft club
Come make a fun project! Wednesday, March 7, at 3:30 Registration required. Please call or register online. Ages 6 to 12.

Paws to read to Daisy
Practice reading anything to Daisy the dog, and she will listen! Thursday, March 15 at 3:30 School age.

Virtual reality game day for teens
Play a virtual reality game to celebrate Teen Tech Week. Registration required.Tuesday March 6, at 3:00 p.m. Ages 13-17

Wii Just Dance for teens
Dance with your friends to celebrate Teen Tech Week. Friday March 9, at 2:00 p.m. Ages 10-17

Lego club
Saturday, March 17 at 2 p.m.  for some Lego building fun! Registration required. Please call or register online. Ages 5-12.

Slo Botanical Garden Crafting
Make a fun craft with local artist Beryl Reichenberg. Wednesday, March 21 at 3:30 p.m and 4:00 p.m. Registration required, ages 4-12.

Thursday, March 8, at 6:00 p.m.
Join Cal Poly Professor Robert Kravets as he discusses ways you can legally sell your homemade food (formulated) products to the general public. Part of “Grow with Your Library”

How to Download Workshop
Thursday, March 15, at 5:30 p.m.

Book Discussion Groups
The two library book groups are Gems in the Stacks which meets the 1st Tuesday (March 6) of the month at 11:00 a.m. and Mixed Minds Book Group which meets the 3rd Thursday, (March 15) of the month at 2:30 p.m. Gems in the Stacks will discuss Cuesta College Book of the Year, Life, Animated by Ron Suskind. Mixed Minds Book Group will discuss Dogtripping ,by David Rosenfelt.

The Photography of Joe Schwartz
An exhibit entitled “Ordinary People Getting Along” will feature the remarkable artistry of Joe Schwartz through March 30. Joe Schwartz’s photographs are on permanent display at the newest museum of the Smithsonian Institution, the National Museum of African American History and Culture. His work has also been displayed at the Getty.

Alice Creasy Rew Bookstore
The Alice Creasy Rew Bookstore is located by the lobby of the Atascadero Library. This is the place to find great used books for sale at fabulous bargain prices.
