Chamber accepting nominations for Templeton citizen, business awards
Nominations must be submitted by Sept. 23
– The Paso Robles and Templeton Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for the 2024 Templeton Citizen of the Year and 2024 Templeton Business of the Year. Recipients will be honored at the annual Templeton Christmas Tree Auction and Awards Ceremony.
The chamber seeks to recognize individuals and businesses in the community that contribute to making Templeton a better place through volunteer efforts, company initiatives, and other forms of community engagement. These nominees should have demonstrated a commitment to improving the quality of life in North County. Nominations must be submitted by Sept. 23.
To qualify for the Citizen of the Year, nominees must have lived in the greater Templeton area for at least five years and made significant contributions to the community through service, action, philanthropy, or outreach. Contributions cannot be based solely on employment-related responsibilities.
The Business of the Year will be selected based on a company’s community engagement, support for local initiatives, and outstanding business performance. Nominees should demonstrate growth, innovation, and success, along with a commitment to excellence in customer service. Contributions to the local economy through job creation or other initiatives are also considered.
The chamber encourages supporters to submit letters documenting a nominee’s service and dedication to Templeton. Only completed nomination forms will be accepted.
Nominations for the Paso Robles Citizen and Business of the Year will open in the coming months, with those honorees recognized at the chamber’s annual gala in spring 2025.
