Workshop is open to all skill levels
– Art Center Morro Bay is set to conduct its “Birds of the Winter Garden” interactive watercolor workshop on Jan. 26, from noon to 3 p.m.
This three-hour workshop covers fundamental drawing and watercolor painting techniques, emphasizing sketching, composition, lights and darks, and details with ink with artist Fred Ventura.
