Atascadero Police arrest reports for Sept. 23-27

Alvarez, David Luis, 28, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 23 at 9:30 am at 6755 El Camino Real for suspected violations of petty theft (484(A) PC) and shoplifting (459.5(A) PC).
Gruwell, Michael Eugene, 46, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 23 at 12:29 pm at 8645 El Camino Real for suspected violations of touching person intimately against will for sexual arousal (243.4(E)(1) PC) and inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant (273.5(A) PC).
Albert, Ignacio Farias, 31, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 26 at 8:33 pm at 6225 Atascadero Ave for suspected violations of driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC), driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher (23152(B) VC), and probation violation (1203.2(A) PC).
Santamartinez, Jorge Luis, 35, of Atascadero, was arrested on Sept. 27 at 12:41 pm at El Camino Real & Las Casitas for suspected violations of possession of drug paraphernalia (11364(A) HS), possession of a controlled substance (11377(A) HS), driving with a suspended license (14601.2(a) VC), and failure to stop at a stop sign (22450(a) VC).

The arrest records presented are provided by the Atascadero Police Department. Suspects are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
