- Montes, Daniel Martin, 48, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 7 at 3:27 am at Atascadero Ave & Morro Rd for suspected driving under the influence of any drug (23152(F) VC) and possession of a controlled substance (11377(A) HS).
- Lazarashvili, Giorgi, 27, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 8 at 11:40 am at El Bordo Ave & Las Lomas Ave for suspected second-degree burglary (459 PC), carrying a concealed firearm (25400(C)(2) PC), possession of a firearm by a felon (29800(A)(1) PC), and possession of ammunition by a prohibited person (30305(A)(1) PC).

- McSeveney-Johnson, Shane Christopher, 32, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 9 at 10:36 am at 6280 Morro Rd for suspected possession of a controlled substance (11377(A) HS) and an outstanding warrant.
- Brown, Alecia Jeanne, 36, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 9 at 11:02 am at Morro Rd & El Camino Real for suspected use/under the influence of a controlled substance (11550(A) HS).
- Burr, Dale Clayton, 36, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 9 at 11:21 pm at 7400 Sombrilla Ave for an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.
