Atascadero Police arrest reports for Aug. 24-28

Clifford, Angela Opal, 47, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 24 at 10 a.m. at 6850 Morro Road for suspected violation of a felony bench warrant.
Little, Robert Dennis, 49, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 24 at 11:04 p.m. at 8450 Santa Ynez Avenue for suspected violation of a felony warrant from another jurisdiction.
Santanamartinez, Jorge Luis, 36, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 26 at 12:49 a.m. at El Camino Real and Santa Rosa Road for suspected possession of a narcotic controlled substance (11350(A) HS), possession of drug paraphernalia (11364(A) HS), possession of a controlled substance (11377(A) HS) and driving with a suspended or revoked license (14601.1(a) VC).
Snider, Joseph Kevin, 35, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 26 at 4:35 p.m. at 9400 El Bordo Avenue for suspected possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions (11395(B)(1) HS).
Phelps, Zachary, 23, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 26 at 5:50 p.m. at Pedestrian Tunnel for suspected vandalism by defacing property (594(A)(1) PC).
Brill, Paul Anthony, 60, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 28 at 12:58 p.m. at 9175 San Gabriel Street for suspected being under the influence of a controlled substance (11550(A) HS) and violation of probation (1203.2(A) PC).
