Nelson, Steven Matthew, 47, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 18 at 1:18 a.m. at Barrenda Ave. and Honda Ave. for suspected driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC) and driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or higher (23152(B) VC).
Bush, Jason Jeremy, 49, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 18 at 9:41 a.m. at 8180 El Camino Real for suspected violation of a bench warrant (APD bench warrant).
Smith, Priscilla Nadine, 53, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 19 at 9:49 p.m. at 8320 El Camino Real for suspected violation of a warrant from another jurisdiction.
Hamblen, John Mark, 66, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 20 at 12:21 p.m. at 6755 El Camino Real for suspected possession of drug paraphernalia (11364(A) HS) and possession of a controlled substance (11377(A) HS).
Skaggs, Amber Michelle, 43, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 20 at 5:22 p.m. at 13000 Morro Road for suspected disorderly conduct while under the influence of alcohol (647(F) PC), resisting, obstructing or delaying a peace officer (148(A)(1) PC) and violation of probation (1203.2(A) PC).
Stafford, Deborah Lee, 66, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 21 at 3:56 p.m. at 3866 Ardilla Road for suspected driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC), driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or higher (23152(B) VC) and battery against a peace officer or emergency personnel (243(B) PC).
Arrowsmith, Francisco Augusto, 63, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 21 at 11:01 p.m. at 5950 El Camino Real for suspected driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC), driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or higher (23152(B) VC) and leaving the scene of an accident without stopping or providing required information (20002(A) VC).
Hunter, Sarah Michelle, 57, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 22 at 2:07 a.m. at 6930 Morro Road for suspected driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC) and driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or higher (23152(B) VC).
Mueller, Nicholas Allen, 36, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 22 at 2:22 p.m. at 6125 San Anselmo Road for suspected possession of a controlled substance (11350(A) HS), possession of drug paraphernalia (11364(A) HS), possession of a controlled substance analog or specified substance (11375(B)(2) HS) and possession of a controlled substance (11377(A) HS).
Silva, David, 29, of Atascadero, was arrested on Aug. 22 at 5:53 p.m. at 4381 El Camino Real for suspected driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC) and driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or higher (23152(B) VC).
