Smith, Jennifer Anne, 41, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 11 at 11:11 a.m. at 9000 Gusta Road for suspected battery on a peace officer or emergency personnel (243(b) PC), violation of probation (1203.2(a) PC), and vandalism (594(b)(1) PC).
Chubon, Darrell Ryan, 53, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 11 at 5:46 p.m. at 5505 El Camino Real for suspected inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, cohabitant, or dating partner (273.5(a) PC).
Palacios, Jose Luis, 48, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 11 at 7:34 p.m. at El Camino Real and Curbaril Avenue for suspected driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(a) VC) and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher (23152(b) VC).
Noahrice, Jozeph Andrew Edward, 29, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 11 at 11:56 p.m. at 7305 El Camino Real for suspected unlawful taking or driving of a vehicle without the owner’s consent (10851(a) VC), driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(a) VC), and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher (23152(b) VC).
Goins, Jason Phillip, 45, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 12 at 11:31 a.m. at 6200 Santa Ynez Ave. for a suspected misdemeanor warrant from another jurisdiction.
Cordero, Zachary Tyler, 37, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 12 at 6:10 p.m. at 7055 El Camino Real for suspected driving with a suspended or revoked license (14601.1(a) VC).
Simmons, Kelly Michael, 54, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 13 at 4:15 p.m. at 5880 Ardilla Road for a suspected felony warrant from another jurisdiction.
Boatman, Forrest Dale, 31, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 15 at 4:42 p.m. at 5380 Magnolia Ave. for suspected driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(a) VC) and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher (23152(b) VC).
Moraga, Jeffrey John, 46, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 16 at 11:47 a.m. at 6025 Via Colonia Court for a suspected felony bench warrant.
Morrison, Logan David, 29, of Atascadero, was arrested on May 17 at 1:16 p.m. at 5566 Tunitas Ave. for suspected lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 (288(a) PC) and sodomy with a child 10 years of age or younger (288.7(a) PC).
