• Deliema, Benjamin John, 55, of Atascadero, was arrested on April 13 at 12:27 a.m. at 5880 Ardilla Road for suspected violation of possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(a) HS).
• Butler, Joan Marie, 38, of Atascadero, was arrested on April 13 at 10:18 p.m. at El Camino Real and Huerto Way for suspected violation of driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(a) VC) and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher (23152(b) VC).
• Pennington, Joseph Edward, 45, of Atascadero, was arrested on April 14 at 9:49 a.m. at 7199 El Camino Real for suspected violation of grand theft (487(a) PC) and petty theft with two or more prior theft convictions (666.1(a)(1) PC).
• Williams, Lawrence Neal, 70, of Atascadero, was arrested on April 14 at 8:48 p.m. at 9030 Curbaril Ave for suspected violation of possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(a) HS), possession of a controlled substance (11377(a) HS), possession of a hard drug while armed with a loaded firearm (11395(b)(1) HS), false identification to a peace officer (148.9(a) PC), and a bench warrant.
• Santanamartinez, Jorge Luis, 36, of Atascadero, was arrested on April 15 at 8:59 a.m. at 10450 Morro Road for suspected violation of possession of a stolen vehicle (496d(a) PC) and possession of a hard drug while armed with a loaded firearm (11395(b)(1) HS).
