Atascadero man arrested on felony sex offense charges involving minor

– Atascadero police detectives arrested a 30-year-old Atascadero man Sept. 15 after executing an arrest warrant in the 9300 block of Rivera Lane in Atascadero, according to a press release from the Atascadero Police Department.
Detectives arrested Nicholas Jordan Davin without incident on charges of contacting a minor with intent to commit a sex offense, sending obscene material to a minor with sexual intent, and possessing obscene material.
Davin was transported to the San Luis Obispo County Jail with bail set at $50,000.
