Atascadero Concerts in the Park series continues with Electric Lavender Train
– The Electric Lavender Train will perform Saturday, Aug. 15, at 6:30 p.m. at the Atascadero Lake Park Bandstand as part of the City of Atascadero’s Saturday in the Park Summer Concert Series.
The band performs covers of rock ’n’ roll songs. Members include vocalist Rachel Santa Cruz, guitarist Hunter Takao Nakazono, drummer Paul Della Pelle, and bassist Geert de Lange.
The Taco Stand and Paradise Shaved Ice will sell food during the concert.
The outdoor concert is free to attend. Organizers recommend that attendees bring low-back chairs and money if they plan to purchase food.
The Cinders Blues Band will perform dance-oriented blues music at the bandstand on Aug. 29 as the final listed concert in the series.
