Atascadero arrest records for Feb. 21 to 27

Weekly arrest logs from the Atascadero Police Department

On February 21, Adam James Hughes, 39, transient, was arrested at Morro Road off Highway 101 for obstructing/resisting/etcetera a public/peace officer or emergency med tech.
On February 22, Arthur Henry Castellanos, 46, transient, was arrested at 6435 Morro Road for a misdemeanor and infraction cases arrest warrant and failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On February 22, Heriberto Salazarperez, 29, transient, was arrested at 7600 El Camino Real for a misdemeanor and infraction cases arrest warrant.
On February 22, Claude Regan Keefover, 56, of Paso Robles, was arrested for taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent/vehicle theft and burglary: first degree.
On February 22, Dustin Masaharu Dentler, 35, of Atascadero, was arrested at 9400 El Camino Real for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, use or being under the influence of a controlled substance and violation of parole: felony.
On February 22, Trevor William Finneran, 36, transient, was arrested at 7135 El Camino Real for use or being under the influence of a controlled substance and violation of parole: felony.
On February 23, Patricia Lorraine Lomeli, 33, of Atascadero, was arrested in Atascadero for battery on a peace officer/emergency personnel/etcetera, conspiracy to commit crime, assault with a deadly weapon: not firearm, and willful cruelty to a child: possible injury/death.
On February 23, Kevin Dewayne Davis, 36, of Atascadero, was arrested in Atascadero for conspiracy to commit crime, assault with a deadly weapon: not a firearm and willful cruelty to a child: possible injury/death.
On February 25, Darrick John Friedrichsen, 44, of Atascadero, was arrested at the intersection of Ardilla Ave. and Vega Road for possession of unlawful paraphernalia.
On February 26, Phillip Michael Martinez, 33, of Hanford, was arrested at Heilmann Park for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher.
On February 27, Della Monica Defonte, 45, of Atascadero, was arrested at 9191 San Diego Way for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher.
On February 27, Edgar Stanley Canales, 34, was arrested at Cowgirl Cafe for a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and shoplifting.

The arrest records presented are provided by the Atascadero Police Department. Suspects are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
