Weekly arrest logs from the Atascadero Police Department

On December 27, Benjamin Allen Burns, 37, transient, was arrested at 8558 Capistrano Ave. for failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On December 27, Tanisha Marie McDaniel, 29, of Paso Robles, was arrested at 6280 Morro Road for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, the use or being under the influence of a a controlled substance and violation of parole: felony.
On December 27, Evan Matthewlawrence Benner, 28, of Atascadero, was arrested in Atascadero for inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant/dating relationship.
On December 27, Timothy Allan Perez, 36, of Atascadero, was arrested in Atascadero for battery: spouse/ex-spouse/date/etcetera.
On December 28, Jennifer Agnes Goins, 34, of Cambria, was arrested at 6100 San Anselmo Road for failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On December 29, Blaine Edward McKinley, 40, of Santa Clara, was arrested at 7124 Sombrilla Ave. for felony committed on bail, conspiracy to commit crime and second degree burglary.
On December 29, Nhi Yen Nguyen, 31, of Santa Clara, was arrested at 7124 Sombrilla Ave. for conspiracy to commit crime and second degree burglary.
On December 30, Cory Daniel York, 42, of Atascadero, was arrested at 5505 El Camino Real for an arrest warrant for being a fugitive from justice.
On December 30, Ravi Kittappa, 45, of Paso Robles, was arrested at the intersection of El Camino Real and Rosario for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher.
On December 31, Heriberto Salazarperez, 29, transient, was arrested at the El Camino Real and Montecito Ave. for failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On December 31, David Luis Alvarez, 26, of Atascadero, was arrested at 9500 Curbaril Ave. for failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On December 31, Melanie Marie Willis, 36, of Atascadero, was arrested at 6907 El Camino Real for a misdemeanor and infraction cases arrest warrant.
On December 31, Raymond Bobby Williams, 34, of Paso Robles, was arrested at 8950 El Camino Real for failure to appear after PTA and not posting bail.
On January 1, Erika Nottingham, 32, of Thousand Oaks, was arrested at 8460 San Marcos Road for disorderly conduct: under the influence of drug.
On January 1, Antonio Celestino Duran, 32, of Atascadero, was arrested at 9800 BLK E. Front Road for disorderly conduct: alcohol.
On January 1, William Anthony Bridges, 23, of Atascadero, was arrested at 8460 Amapoa Ave. for disorderly conduct: alcohol.
On January 1, Jason Borges, 31, of Atascadero, was arrested in Atascadero for attempt to prevent/dissuade victim/eyewitness from reporting and inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant/dating relationship.
On January 2, Kelly Charles Jonason, 67, transient, was arrested at 2100 El Camino Real for contempt of court: violating protective order/etcetera.
