Miller, Michael David, 67, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 2 at 6:24 pm at 8005 El Camino Real for suspected violation of possessing obscene matter depicting a minor in sexual conduct (311.11(a) PC) and possession of more than 600 images of child pornography (311.11(c)(1) PC).
Goins, Jason Phillip, 44, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 3 at 11:17 am at 6555 Capistrano Ave for suspected violation of possession of a controlled substance (11350(a) HS) and possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(a) HS).
Swartz, Samuel David, 33, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 3 at 11:20 am at 6555 Capistrano Ave for suspected violation of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions (11395(b)(1) HS).
Stinson, Shane Wyatt, 29, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 3 at 1:31 pm at 7029 El Camino Real for suspected violation of possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(a) HS), violation of parole (3056 PC), and disorderly conduct under the influence of alcohol or drugs (647(f) PC).
Cervantes, Carlos Paul, 46, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 4 at 11:35 am at Morro Rd & 101 NB for suspected violation of vandalism by damaging property (594(a)(3) PC) and an outstanding warrant.
Paramo, Erica Chante, 36, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 4 at 1:39 pm at 8320 El Camino Real for suspected violation of robbery (211 PC) and petty theft with a prior theft conviction (666.1(a)(1) PC).
Fleming, Zacaria John, 52, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 4 at 6:07 pm at 5505 El Camino Real for suspected violation of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor more than three years younger (261.5(c) PC).
Nelson, Cherie Antionette, 66, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 5 at 12:00 am at 6000 San Anselmo Rd for suspected violation of driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(a) VC) and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher (23152(b) VC).
Nabtechin, Elmer Rolando, 31, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 5 at 9:09 pm at 9590 El Camino Real for suspected violation of driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(a) VC), driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher (23152(b) VC), and driving on a suspended license due to DUI conviction (14601.2(a) VC).
Swartz, Johanna Marie, 34, of Atascadero, was arrested on June 8 at 6:01 am at 4381 El Camino Real for suspected violation of resisting or obstructing an executive officer (69(a) PC).
