‘Women Who Mean Business’ conference, panel luncheon slated for Dec. 1
–The Women in Business Committee of the Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce will present the 2017 Women Who Mean Business Conference and Panel Luncheon. The panel luncheon has gained recognition as a “must attend” year-end event.
The chamber will have Rhonda Wood, Horticulture Manager for the Disneyland Resort, share her experiences from “the happiest place on earth.” Attendees will also be inspired by Jennifer Porter, Executive Director of the Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance, and Cara Crye, President and CEO of Farm Supply, both influential women in our local business community. In addition to the popular panel luncheon, the committee has added the first ever hands-on conference workshops the morning of the event. Attendees will walk away with tools that will help them elevate their business success. These interactive workshops will cover:
- Marketing in the 21st Century with Beth Brennan of Access Publishing
- Creating a 30-Second Elevator Speech with Kim Austin of Rick Goree State Farm Agency
- Managing Stress with Tammy Motley, CMT
“Our committee is honored to have these amazing women share their stories of success,” says Sarah Hinds, Chair of the Women in Business Committee. “And by adding conference workshops, our attendees will not only be inspired, but educated as well.”
As in previous years, select vendors will be on-site to help with your holiday season gift-giving needs. Vendor spaces and Sponsorship Opportunities are open and still available.
The event will be held on Friday, Dec. 1, 2017 at the Paso Robles Inn. Workshops start at 10 a.m. and the Panel Luncheon will be held from 12:30-2 p.m. For additional information or to register, visit www.pasorobleschamber.com/events or contact Shanay Brown, Events Coordinator, [email protected] or (805) 238-0506.
