Update: Teen suspects involved in parking lot robbery arrested

–All three suspects wanted for reportedly robbing a victim in a parking lot have been identified and arrested, according to Morro Bay Police.
On Monday, Morro Bay Police Detectives were able to positively identify one of the suspects involved in this robbery. 18-year-old Irving Cobarruviasfigueroa was contacted and provided information confirming his part in this criminal act. Cobarruviasfigueroa was arrested without incident and booked into the San Luis Obispo County jail on the charge of Robbery. A replica handgun (later determined to be an airsoft gun) was located in Cobarruviasfigueroa’s vehicle and is believed to have been used in this crime.
On Wednesday, Morro Bay Police Detectives identified a 17-year-old Hispanic male juvenile who was reported to have been involved in this robbery. Detectives located and contacted this individual who provided additional information confirming his involvement in this criminal act. This juvenile was arrested without incident and was transported and booked into the San Luis Obispo Juvenile Justice Center for Robbery.
With further investigation the third suspect was identified as 18 yr old Brandon Foley. Foley responded to the Morro Bay Police Department after learning he was wanted for questioning in this case. Additional information was obtained that the three suspects had met earlier in the day and had conspired together to locate and assault one of the victims. Foley was arrested without incident and was booked into the San Luis Obispo County jail on the charge of Robbery.
All of the involved parties have been arrested, and the weapon used in this incident was recovered.

Three unknown male suspects, approx. 16-19 years old, still at large
–On Fri. Dec. 15th, at approx.. 5:50 p.m. officers from the Morro Bay Police Department responded to the 700 block of Quintana in Morro Bay in regards to a reported robbery. Two male victims reported they were contacted while seated in their vehicle in the parking lot. Victims report they were accosted by three unknown male subjects. Two of the male suspects started hitting the vehicle passenger, while the third suspect confronted the vehicle driver as he attempted to exit the vehicle.
One of the suspects (which confronted the driver) is reported to have brandished a firearm to the victim, by showing him the weapon in his waistband. The victim reports the suspect did not produce the weapon or point it at him. Victim described the weapon as a silver and black handgun. This suspect demanded the victims wallet, and when the victim did not comply, the suspect entered the victims vehicle and removed his cell phone.
The suspects continued to hit the passenger victim, and removed his wallet and watch from his person. All three suspects then fled the area on foot.
