Two North County residents arrested on drug charges
Francisco Daniel Flores and Rachel Lane Tomassi arrested
–Officers from the Paso Robles Police Department have arrested Paso Robles residents 21-year-old Francisco Daniel Flores, and 18-year-old Rachel Lane Tomassi after a traffic stop resulted in a narcotics investigation yielding 30 Xanax pills, over 11 grams of cocaine, over 27 grams of MDMA, along with narcotics paraphernalia, money, and items used for selling controlled substances.
On Tuesday, Sept. 6, at approximately 10:25 a.m., Paso Robles Police Department officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of Melody Drive and Dorothy Court for vehicle code violations. The driver of this vehicle, 21-year-old Francisco Daniel Flores, and his passenger, 18-year-old Rachel Lane Tomassi, were both contacted and officers began a narcotics investigation after observing and smelling marijuana inside the vehicle.
During this investigation, officers say they located over 30 Xanax pills, over 11 grams of cocaine, over 27 grams of MDMA, along with narcotics paraphernalia, money, and items used for selling controlled substances. All of the controlled substances were packaged for sales.
Flores and Tomassi, both Paso Robles residents, were booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail on the following charges:
- Sales of controlled substances
- Transportation of controlled substances
- Criminal conspiracy
