Two arrested for drug possession with intent to sell, child endangerment
–On Thursday at approximately 9 a.m., San Luis Obispo Police Detectives conducted a parole search along with a search warrant at the home of 37-year-old Angel Resendez and 34-year-old Amanda Bunker in the Silver City Mobile Home Park located at 3860 South Higuera. Both Resendez and Bunker were home at the time, along with Bunker’s 2-year-old son. During the search of the residence, detectives found approximately one pound of methamphetamine, a quarter pound of cocaine, an ounce of heroin, over nine-thousand dollars in US Currency, and a loaded handgun. Resendez and Bunker were arrested for Possession of narcotics for sales and child endangerment. Bunker’s son was turned over to Child Welfare Services into protective custody.
Resendez was booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail for the following charges:
Possession of controlled substance while armed with a firearm.
Possession for sales of cocaine and heroin.
Possession for sales of methamphetamine.
Felon in Possession of a firearm.
Possession of ammunition by a person prohibited from possessing a firearm.
Child Endangerment.
Resendez was also booked for a parole violation and a hold was placed on him.
Bunker was booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail for the following charges:
Possession for sales of cocaine and heroin.
Possession for sales of methamphetamine.
Child Endangerment.
