Town Hall Meeting on prescription drug abuse Jan. 28
Special screening of film ‘Behind the Orange Curtain’ presented
Paso Robles Public School District is joining with the Kayla Peach Memorial Foundation to present a Town Hall Meeting on prescription drug abuse.
“We are committed to work together to provide greater awareness, increased education, effective strategies, and increased support for our students and community regarding the unfortunate reality of drug and alcohol addiction,” said Superintendent Chris Williams in press release.
Donna Kelley and Leo Castillo will be hosting the Town Hall Meeting at the Park Cinemas Theater on Wednesday, Jan. 28, from 6:30–8:30 p.m. The featured film will be “Behind the Orange Curtain”, a move that addresses prescription drug abuse. The film will be followed by guest speaker and award winning producer, Natalie Costa.
All parents and community members are encouraged to attend this informative event. Admission to the event is free.
