Thousands lose power in Morro Bay, Los Osos

–A power outage that affected thousands of customers in Morro Bay and Los Osos on Tuesday evening was caused by a damaged power pole, according to reports.

At 5:45 p.m., PG&E meteorologist John Lindsey wrote on Twitter that crews were working to restore power to 4,331 customers. Power was reportedly restored to all customers by 4 a.m. Wednesday morning.
