Templeton Tennis Ranch joins international training network
Collaboration aims to elevate regional player development and competition
– Templeton Tennis Ranch has joined the international Mouratoglou Tennis Center network through a new partnership announced on Oct. 7.
Founded in 2015, Templeton Tennis Ranch is known for tennis, pickleball, fitness, and wellness. It has hosted the USTA/ITF World Tour Women’s Professional Tournament each September since 2017. The facility will now operate as Templeton Tennis Ranch, a Mouratoglou Tennis Center.
The partnership marks Mouratoglou’s first location in California and expands its network to 17 sites worldwide, including luxury resorts, elite schools, and exclusive sports clubs. The collaboration will bring the Mouratoglou Methodology to Templeton Tennis Ranch, offering training and coaching programs for players of all levels.
“I am very happy to welcome Templeton Tennis Ranch into the Mouratoglou Tennis family,” said Patrick Mouratoglou, founder of Mouratoglou Tennis Center. “California is truly a special place for tennis, with great tradition and a true passion for the sport. Together with TTR, we will share our methodology and experience to help players of all ages and levels grow, improve, and enjoy the game we all love.”
Chris Fouquet, president and general manager of Templeton Tennis Ranch, said the partnership will enhance local opportunities. “The Mouratoglou Methodology will benefit our regional players with excellent coaching and disciplined development for youth to achieve their tennis dreams,” he said. “Additionally, this partnership provides preferred status on all of the Mouratoglou worldwide facilities and its home base in Nice, France to all of TTR’s members.”
Ralph Goehring, CEO and founder of Templeton Tennis Ranch, said the announcement was made during the 2025 Central Coast Tennis Classic held in late September. “We are delighted to join the Mouratoglou International Tennis Center family as we position ourselves as the premier tennis facility on the Central Coast with solid offerings to improve your tennis game or serve as a pathway to a professional tennis career,” Goehring said. “Tennis is a great lifelong sport and TTR desires to be home to extraordinary professional-based coaching.”
