Summer concert series kicks off this Saturday
– The City of Atascadero will kick off the 2024 “Saturdays in the Park” Summer Concert Series to be held nearly every Saturday evening throughout the summer. The first concert will kick off on Saturday, June 15 at 6:30 p.m. at the Atascadero Lake Park Bandstand with Rock Odyssey.
Rock Odyssey is a classic rock cover band that delivers energetic performances and classic rock and roll songs from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. From Tom Petty and Pat Benatar to Bad Company, Journey and more.
The Taco Stand & Sweet Creations by Issa will also be there selling concert grub.
“Saturday in the Park” Summer Concert Series Line-up:
- June 15 Rock Odyssey (Classic Rock of the 70s, 80s & 90s)
- June 29 The Cinders Blues Band (Blues)
- July 6 The Rockin’ Bs Band (Rock, Country & More)
- July 20 Garden Party (Classic Soft Rock)
- July 27 Erin & the Earthquakes (Dance Rock, Funk & Soul)
- Aug. 3 Josh Rosenblum Band (Pop/Rock Blues)
- Aug. 10 Stellar (Classic Hits through the Decades)
- Aug. 31 The JD Project (Rock, Blues & Country)
All concerts are outdoors at the Atascadero Lake Park Bandstand and free to attend. The city recommends that you bring a low-back chair, and, if you would like to purchase any food, bring your wallet.
