Spring youth T-ball registration now open
–The City of Atascadero will begin a new season of Spring T-Ball for boys and girls who are 4 ½ to 6 years of age. The league will focus on teaching the basics of baseball in a low-key and instructional atmosphere with the main goal of having fun! This league will adhere to the current California Department of Public Health Youth Sports Guidelines.
Practices will take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Paloma Creek Park. Practice will begin the week of April 13 and leagues will begin on Tuesday, April 27, and run through June 3. Due to COVID-19, there will not be opening ceremonies this year. Registration closes April 1.
The cost to participate in the league is $85 per child for residents and $95 per child for non-residents. This also includes a league t-shirt, hat, and a participation award. There will be an additional $10 late fee for any registrations received after April 1.
The league is looking for volunteer coaches. If you are interested in helping with the league please contact Larisse Lopez at [email protected] or call (805) 470-3362. They will not have a formal coaches meeting as we have done in the past, but you will be contacted prior to the league beginning to review all of the details.
