Showers expected for Atascadero starting Sunday 

Cooler temperatures in the forecast through Thursday

– Atascadero residents can expect a return of rain starting Sunday, with showers continuing into the early part of next week.

Friday will be partly cloudy, with a high of 64°F and a low of 39°F. No precipitation is expected.

Saturday will see similar conditions, with partly cloudy skies and a high of 64°F. The low will be 44°F, with a light drizzle likely, totaling about 0.02 inches of rain.

Showers are forecast to return on Sunday, with a high of 59°F and a low of 50°F. Around 0.13 inches of rain is expected throughout the day.

The rain will continue into Monday, with morning showers expected. The high will reach 60°F, and the low will dip to 42°F, with minimal rainfall of around 0.01 inches.

Tuesday brings more partly cloudy skies, with a high of 60°F and a low of 42°F. There is a chance of light rain, with about 0.1 inches of precipitation.

Wednesday will see another round of morning showers, with temperatures reaching 59°F during the day and dipping to 40°F at night. Rainfall could total 0.21 inches.

Thursday will wrap up the week with more morning showers, a high of 61°F, and a low of 41°F, with another 0.07 inches of rain expected.
