Seven arrested after narcotics search of Atascadero home
–On Monday at 7 a.m., the Atascadero Police Department with assistance from the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Department K-9 team served a narcotics related search warrant in the 5000 block of Olmeda Ave. During the service of the warrant, nine people were contacted at the location, which resulted in seven people being arrested.
The seven arrested subjects were identified as:
Harmony Duncan, 36-year-old female resident of Atascadero. Charges: 11366 H&S, Maintaining a place for using drugs, 11377 H&S, possession of a controlled substance and 11364 H&S, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Erin Morgan, 33-year-old female resident of Atascadero. Charges: 11550 H&S, being under the influence of a controlled substance and a Warrant.
Amanda Jimenez, 22-year-old female resident of Atascadero. Charges: 529 PC, false impersonation of another.
Christopher Heinlein, 21-year-old male resident of Atascadero. Charges: 529 PC, false impersonation of another and Warrant.
Alejandro Gutierrez, 24-year-old male resident of Atascadero. Charges: 11377 H&S, possession of a controlled substance and 11364 H&S, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ricki Thompson: 19-year-old female resident of Atascadero. Charges: 11550 H&S, being under the influence of a controlled substance, 11364 H&S, possession of drug paraphernalia and 1203.2 PC, Violation of Probation.
Abigail Scheiderer, 25-year-old female resident of Atascadero. Charges: 148 PC, resisting or delaying a Police Officer and a Warrant.
All subjects were arrested, transported and booked at San Luis Obispo County Jail.
