San Miguel Business Expo draws a crowd
–The San Miguel Business Expo on Thursday filled up the Mission San Miguel Parish Hall, located adjacent to Old Mission San Miguel. Taking place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the annual expo featured artists, local businesses, event venues, wineries, and more.
Barbara Rosilez, co-owner of Papa Joe’s Spicy Products out of Paso Robles, said that the couple was excited to attend to showcase some of their new products. Papa Joe’s has been in operation for over 6 years.
Artist Deprise Brescia said that events such as the business expo are a great way to meet other people in the community. “You never know whose path you may cross,” she said. Brescia creates unique works of mixed media art and various crafts that are, “filled with positivity,” and utilize elements such as gemstones.
Sponsored by the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail, the San Miguel Chamber of Commerce, The Ranch, and Three M’s Custom Signs and Clothing, admission to the event was free with a business card.
