Roadwork scheduled in Atascadero
–The City of Atascadero is anticipating completion of the El Camino Real/ San Anselmo and 2018 F-14 Roadway Rehabilitation Projects this month. There are miscellaneous items remaining, but the majority of the roadway reconstruction work has been completed.
This week it is anticipated that striping will take place from Tuesday through Friday (12/11-12/14) on the following streets:
El Camino Real from San Anselmo East to San Benito Road;
San Benito Road from Colima Road to Traffic Way;
Tunitas Avenue from Bajada Avenue to Traffic Way;
Nogales Avenue from Dolores Avenue to Dulzura Avenue;
Rosario Avenue from El Camino Real to Traffic Way.
For the majority of this time, residents should expect some minor delays resulting from roadway striping. Contractors will have traffic control to allow for access to all properties and a minimum of one-lane of traffic open. Striping work is weather-dependent, so this schedule is subject to change pending inclement weather. Please drive carefully through the work zones.
