On March 27, a ribbon cutting ceremony at Fort Hunter Liggett celebrated the addition of 15 two-bedroom apartments. Each has a full kitchen, shared bath, and washer/dryer for unaccompanied personnel.

This new housing complex, also known as the Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH), is in addition to other military rooms that can accommodate more than a thousand soldiers.
