Update: Ramp closures in Atascadero could cause delays
Editor’s note: Cal Trans sent out a revised press release correcting the wording regarding the Traffic Way off-ramp from Highway 101. The story has been corrected.
Motorists can expect delays not to exceed ten minutes, according to Cal Trans
– The northbound on-ramp to US Highway 101 from State Route 41 in Atascadero will be closed Monday, Sept. 26 through Friday, Sept. 30 from 9 am until 2:30 p.m., according to Cal Trans. Motorists will detour to the northbound US Highway 101 on-ramp at Curbaril Avenue.
In addition, the northbound off-ramp to US Highway 101 at Traffic Way will be closed Monday, Sept. 26 through Friday, Sept. 30 from 9 am until 2:30 p.m. Motorists will detour to the northbound US Highway 101 off-ramp at San Anselmo Road. The northbound No. 2 (right lane) of US Highway 101 will be closed near both of these on-ramps.
These ramp closures are necessary so that Cal Trans maintenance workers can perform landscape work including trimming trees and removing dead trees as well as picking up litter in the area.
Motorists can expect delays not to exceed ten minutes, according to Cal Trans.
