Quota of Atascadero to host St. Patrick’s Day Bunco fundraiser event
– Quota of Atascadero, a local volunteer organization dedicated to community service, is organizing a fundraising Bunco event to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, Mar. 13, at 6 p.m., at the Atascadero Kiwanis Hall located at 7848 Pismo Avenue in Atascadero.
The Bunco evening will feature lively games, abundant food, beverages, including wine and beer, and a drawing for prizes. Tickets for the event are priced at $20 and can be acquired by contacting Sylvia at (805) 237-7326 or any Quota member.
Known for its dedication to community service, Quota of Atascadero consists of a diverse group of members sharing a common goal of making a positive impact on the local community while enjoying their philanthropic efforts.
Throughout the year, Quota of Atascadero engages in various initiatives to support the community. These initiatives include hosting the annual Colony Tea, providing scholarships to local youth, supplying replacement chapter books for Santa Rosa Academic Academy, and extending assistance to organizations such as Lumina and LINK.
The organization actively participates in hands-on service projects, including Coats for Kids, meals and serving at Echo, Packing for Soldiers, assembling kits for CiroFeed, and distributing hearing awareness items to children during Colony Days. Quota of Atascadero also sponsors the Grebots, Colony Days committee, Lighthouse Reality Tour, and the Atascadero Community Band.
