Quota Club of Atascadero to host Bunco party
Event to include bunco plus food, beverages
– Quota of Atascadero, a local volunteer organization dedicated to serving the local community, is hosting a fundraising Bunco event to celebrate Halloween. The event will take place on Thursday, Oct. 26, starting at 6 p.m., at the Atascadero Kiwanis Hall located at 7848 Pismo Avenue in Atascadero.
The Bunco event will also feature an evening filled with Bunco games, plenty of food, beverages, including wine and beer, and a raffle. Tickets for the event are available for $20 and can be obtained by contacting Sylvia at (805) 237-7326.
Quota of Atascadero is known for its commitment to serving the needs of the community. The organization comprises a diverse group of members who share a common goal of making a positive impact and having fun while doing so.
Throughout the year, Quota of Atascadero engages in various initiatives to support the community. These include hosting the annual Colony Tea, providing scholarships to local youth, supplying replacement chapter books for Santa Rosa Academic Academy, and offering assistance to organizations such as Lumina through gas and grocery cards.
Additionally, the club actively participates in hands-on service projects, including Coats for Kids, meals and serving at Echo, Packing for Soldiers, assembling kits for CiroFeed, and distributing hearing awareness items to children during Colony Days. Quota of Atascadero also sponsors the Grebots, Colony Days committee, Lighthouse Reality Tour, and the Atascadero Community Band.
