Police department hosting annual ‘National Night Out’ tonight in Atascadero 

Police department hosting annual 'National Night Out' Aug. 15

Event is free to attend

– The Atascadero Police Department has announced the upcoming “National Night Out,” event, scheduled to take place on Aug. 1 at the Sunken Gardens in the City of Atascadero. The event aims to promote police and community partnerships and foster a safer and more caring environment for residents.

The event is part of a community-building campaign that encourages camaraderie among neighborhoods and strengthens the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement. The event serves as a platform for residents to meet the APD and public safety partners, learn safety tips, and engage in various exhibitions.

The event is open to all community members and is free of charge.
