Over 60 local youth graduate Jr. CEO program 

Atascadero Chamber of Commerce celebrates Jr. CEO graduates at The Ravine Waterpark

– The Atascadero Chamber of Commerce has announced the success of the 2024 Jr. CEO Program with a graduation celebration for all students who completed the course. The graduation celebration was held at The Ravine Waterpark, hosted and provided by owner Brett Butterfield. A few highlights include miniature golf, games, waterslides, lunch, and ice cream.

“We are grateful to Brett Butterfield for his support,” said Josh Cross, President and CEO. “The success of the Jr. CEO Program graduation celebration is a testament to Brett’s generosity and unwavering dedication to youth and community.” Concluding the afternoon was an award ceremony where students were acknowledged for successfully completing the program.

Jr. CEO is a six-week digital business education course that teaches kids the basics of starting their own business and is being offered by the Atascadero Chamber of Commerce. The program has been developed with the theme of how to open a lemonade stand-style business.
