Joseph Silveira.
– Beloved coach and grandfather, Joseph R “Joe” Silveira of Atascadero, passed away December 16, 2025 at age 79. Born June 29, 1946 to Florence Silveira Kast and Joseph Silveira in Cambria, California. Joe was a longtime resident of Cayucos. He leaves behind his three grandchildren, Bridget Menezes (Chase), Christopher Henry and Joseph Bernardo as well as his great-grandson, Riley Menezes. Preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Silveira and two daughters, Sandra and Lisa Silveira. His coaching legacy will live through students from Coast Union High School, Mission Prep, and Templeton High School.
Graveside services at Old Mission Cemetery, Jan. 13, @ 1:30 p.m.
