Mujeres de Acción hosting Día del Niño celebration in Paso Robles

Families celebrate children with games, cake, and local resources

Mujeres de Acción, in partnership with Faith Communities and Neighbors in Action, will host the fourth annual Día del Niño and Egg Hunt Celebration on April 19 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, located at 915 Creston Road in Paso Robles.

The event is free and open to families from Paso Robles and surrounding communities. Activities will include face painting, games and prizes for all ages, an egg hunt, free cake for children, and a community resource fair offering information and services.

The event is sponsored by First 5 San Luis Obispo County.

“Día del Niño is a cherished tradition in our culture, and this event is our way of honoring the youngest members of our community with love, joy, and resources,” said Mujeres de Acción founder Yessenia Echevarria. “Bring the whole family, enjoy the sunshine, and help us celebrate the joy and promise of childhood together.”
