Mother-son sweetheart dance debuts in Atascadero
Semi-formal event, is themed ‘Love You to the Moon and Back’
– The City of Atascadero will host its first-ever Mother-Son Sweetheart Dance on Friday, Jan. 31, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Pavilion on the Lake. The semi-formal event, themed “Love You to the Moon and Back,” invites mothers, aunts, grandmothers, or any special individuals to spend an evening dancing and making memories.
Music for the event will be provided by DJ Manny Medina. The evening will include dancing, snacks, door prizes, and professional photography by Jimmy Dee, who will offer affordable picture packages. Prizes will also be available to participants.
Advance ticket purchases are required, as tickets will not be sold at the door. Tickets are $37 per couple for Atascadero residents with a 93422 zip code and $43 per couple for non-residents. Additional tickets for sons are $5. Tickets can only be purchased at the Colony Park Community Center, located at 5599 Traffic Way, Atascadero, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
