Morro Coast Audubon Society to host virtual class on bird-friendly plants

Anyone interested is welcome to digitally attend
– The Morro Coast Audubon Society will host its “Planting Native Plants to Attract and Support Birds” virtual community program on Oct. 17 from 7-8:30 p.m. with Peggy Burhenn as the presenter.
Burhenn is a gardener and certified California Naturalist, who is a part of both the California Native Plant Society and Audubon Society.

She will teach about the connections between birds and plants, such as what to plant to attract certain types of birds.
All ages are welcome to the free program.
