Meth bust: Nine North County citizens arrested
Operation is believed to have ties to Mexican drug cartels
–Officers from the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office have arrested nine people, all residents of Paso Robles, Atascadero and San Miguel, for their involvement in a major methamphetamine ring. It’s believed this operation has ties to Mexican drug cartels, according to the sheriff’s office.
After a three-month long investigation that began in June 2016, members of the sheriff’s narcotics unit shut down a major methamphetamine distribution organization that they say was operating in northern San Luis Obispo County.
Investigators served search warrants at nine locations in both San Luis Obispo and San Bernardino Counties. The sheriff’s office was assisted in the investigation by members of the sheriff’s K9 unit, Drug Enforcement Administration, San Luis Obispo Police Department, County Probation Department, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, CHP and Homeland Security Investigations.
Approximately two pounds of methamphetamine were seized during the investigation with an estimated street value of more than $12,000. Two handguns and ammunition were also confiscated.
Law enforcement arrested five men and four women from Paso Robles, Atascadero and San Miguel:
Jesus Manuel Flores Ayala, 37, Paso Robles was arrested for conspiracy to commit a crime, transportation drugs for sale from one county to another non-contiguous county and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Clarice Christensen, 59, Paso Robles, was arrested for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale.
Harold Johnson, 59, Paso Robles, was arrested for conspiracy to commit a crime, transportation and possession of a controlled substance for sale.
Ismael Garcia Cruz, 22, Paso Robles, was arrested for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale.
Hugo Ubaldo, 27, Paso Robles, was arrested for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale.
Angelica Solorio Lopez, 42, Paso Robles, was arrested for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale.
Wendy Millan, 28, San Miguel, was arrested for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale.
Lisa Becerra, 44, Atascadero, was arrested for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale.
Kevin Snyder, 30, Atascadero, was arrested for conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale.

Detra Nash, 53, Atascadero. Conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale and possession of drugs while armed.
Kansas Anderson Dorsey, 26, Shandon. Conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale.
Froilan Flores Gonzalez, 44, Hesperia. Conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale.
