Man arrested for reportedly selling drugs from hotel room
Paul Vernon Alley arrested for possessing heroin, meth for sale
–48-year-old Grover Beach resident Paul Vernon Alley was arrested after Paso Robles Police say he was caught selling drugs out of room #5 of the Wine County Inn in Paso Robles.
After receiving several complaints of drug sales occurring at the room, detectives began an investigation which culminated Wednesday. Paso Robles detectives worked together with detectives from the Atascadero Police Department, and after this month long investigation arrested Paul Vernon Alley of Grover Beach. Detectives recovered 16 grams of black tar heroin, 6 grams of methamphetamine, $4,200 in cash, scales and drug packaging material.
Alley was booked at the San Luis Obispo County for possession of Heroin and Meth for sale, and for possession of narcotic paraphernalia.
