Man arrested for domestic violence in Templeton
–Jesse Medina Cordova, a 27-year-old man from Visalia, was arrested Tuesday in Templeton after police say he assaulted his girlfriend.
On Tuesday at approximately 11:19 p.m. California Highway Patrol responded to a call off of the Northbound US-101, south of Main Street in Templeton. A female covered in blood was reported to have been running in the northbound traffic lanes. CHP responded to the area and located a 25-year-old female on the right shoulder with a witness. The female had been assaulted by her boyfriend, Jesse Medina Cordova while traveling northbound US-101 from Pismo Beach, according to CHP. Cordova was located by CHP hiding behind some trees on Ramada Drive just north of Main Street.
Cordova was detained and questioned and was later arrested. Cordova was booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 bail.
