Local school principals named Administrators of the Year
– San Gabriel Elementary School Principal Merry Reynolds and Alternative Education Principal Dr. Libby Madding were recognized at an Atascadero Unified School District Board of Trustees meeting earlier this month after receiving Administrators of the Year awards from the San Luis Obispo County Office of Education.
According to district information, the awards honor administrators for their work in public education. Reynolds serves as principal of San Gabriel Elementary School, and Madding serves as principal of the district’s alternative education program.
District officials recognized both administrators during the meeting in connection with the countywide awards.
